Returns and Exchanges
*Our Pleasanton location is now closed. REGULAR PRICED (no discount taken) purchases made at 55 W. Angela Street before March 1, 2009 may be returned within 14 days from your purchase date on your receipt. Simply send us your items and include your receipt, write Please refund on your receipt. ALL merchandise bought at a discount (final sale, clearance, promotional, with a coupon) is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.*
Online Purchases
RetroMartini wants you to be extremely satisfied with your online purchase. If you need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Due to the fragility of some of our products, the only items that can be returned are clothing, shoes and purses.
To qualify for a return your item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed, clean, undamaged and all tags must be attached as they were when we originally shipped your order. If tags have been cutt off and reattached, we will deny the return. Yes we love vintage style, but we do not sell used clothing
All shipping costs are non refundable on all returned items. We will honor a one time shipping credit on an exchanged item.
Return Instructions:
- Within 14 days of your purchase we must receive your regular priced item for return. Include your invoice indside your shipment
- You may ship your item with a carrier of your choice, we suggest one who will provide a tracking number since we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We will contact you within 48 hours regarding the status of your return from date of receipt.
- We have the right to refuse a package or send your item back to you without a refund if your item(s) do not qualify for a return.
If you notice a defect or flaw in any of your items, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order for further instruction. Flawed returned item(s) must also be unused with all tags attached as they were originally.
